Person Specification
We are open to two types of candidates:
- Experienced Registered Managers with a Level 5 qualification
- Ambitious care professionals with a Level 3 qualification who are ready to step up and progress into a Registered Manager role with our support
This role is ideal if you are:
- An experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge
- A Deputy Manager or Care Manager looking to step up into your first Registered Manager role
- Someone with strong leadership skills, energy and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
