While we are a large company, we still have a warm family feel. Run by father and son, Hugh and Freddy Gathorne-Hardy and a dedicated leadership and care team, our strong family values are reflected at every stage of our service.

As a family we very much appreciate what Christies Care do for our mother. From the office staff to the wonderful carers you feel in safe, professional and caring hands. After being with Christies Care for several years we now have a team of regular carers, all of whom are exceptional in the care and friendship they provide.
Christies Care originally just provided respite care for my elderly Mum, but we have recently moved on to having them provide all her care. The Care Management Team has been efficient, helpful and responsive, including arranging care very quickly in an emergency situation. The carers on Mum's team are excellent, and overall we have been very happy with the service Christies provides.
Christie’s Carers have looked after my elderly brother for 21 years , and it’s been a positive experience . Any issues we had were sorted out quickly and in general all the carers have been excellent.. His present two exceptional carers have been with him for many years , and know him well, they get on well with the family, show initiative and take responsibility for all his needs , medical etc. They have annual courses to keep up to date with new legislation,techniques etc and are extremely capable, honest and trustworthy.
HAVING TRIED SEVERAL LIVE IN CARE AGENCIES CHRISTIES PROVIDE AND TRAIN THE BEST CARERS
My late wife and I have enjoyed 24 hour care by a team of three carers who have rotated on a 3 or 4 week cycle over the last 4 years. The standard of care has been exceptional reflecting the care taken by Christies in both the recruitment and the training of their personnel.
The Training team at Christies Care are always encouraging and helpful. Their concerns regarding carer's Wellbeing when challenging behaviours are encountered is heartwarming.
Christies Care helped our family through a very difficult time indeed. They provided excellent iive-in care for both of our parents, meaning that they could stay at home rather than going in to a care home. Our Local Area Manager (Ruth) was absolutely brilliant. She really took the time to listen to what our parents needed and created a bespoke care plan for them. The staff that I spoke to at Christies were always well-informed and helpful. And the carers were just amazing. Such lovely people.
It's been a strange year since my dad passed away leaving Mum on her own in their house. However with these guys giving mum the best possible care and attention it's been a bit easier. Having the updates from the care team has put our minds at rest on countless occasions. They've shown compassion and the highest professionalism may times. I can recommend these guys enough.
A very well organised event and even the British weather didn’t keep people away. From when we arrived , we were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff we spoke to were very engaging and nothing too much trouble. Was lovely to see members of the community, a local singer & to catch up with other organisations aswell as ex colleagues and friends. The ethos of what Christies Care does Was apparent and we look forward to engaging with their new office in Stowmarket. Thanks again Matt for the invite .
