New members are always welcome!
There is no pressure to play in league matches; however, there are plenty of opportunities to join the club competitions, which are typically played on either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. These are fun and entertaining for any level of player, and the bar is open for all home events.

Lunch Clubs
The Ansell Community Centre runs two Wednesday lunch clubs: the First Wednesday Luncheon Club, and the Third Wednesday Lunch Club, run on the respective Wednesdays of each month. Welcoming senior citizens from Hadleigh and the surrounding areas, it aims to provide a nutritious two-course meal and companionship for its members. £4.50 per meal
Ansell Memories Cafe
Originally set up for anyone living with dementia and their carers. Now all are welcome who would like to meet for a chat, share some lunch, and join in the varied activities during the afternoon.
Held every Thursday between 11am – 3pm.

Sailability – Waveney Oulton Broad

Waveney Sailability has specially adapted boats to make it possible for anyone with a disability to enjoy sailing. They haven’t yet found any person who has been unable to sail due to their disability!
Open from the end of April to October, you can enjoy sailing in all its guises, from racing to just enjoying the pleasures and thrills of being in a boat on the water either with a trained volunteer or solo.
Sailability is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the freedom, leaving disabilities behind on the jetty.

IP17 Good Neighbour Scheme – Saxmundham

IP17 have evolved far beyond the usual remit of a Good Neighbour Scheme and now offer a range of practical support and group activities, for people in Saxmundham and beyond.
Primarily focused on food poverty and loneliness, the group is welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental – everyone is welcome!
As well as supporting individuals, IP17 has a rich timetable of groups, clubs and sessions for everyone in the community to attend. Whether you want a little quiet company or a feelgood dance party, there’s something for the whole community!
