While we look after our clients from our HQ in Suffolk, we also have Local Area Managers across the country. Their presence, local knowledge, and advanced training ensure you get the personal touch and the best service possible.
If you are considering home care with Christies Care, your Local Area Manager will come and visit you so you are able to discuss your care needs with someone face-to-face. They will be able to talk you through the process, address any concerns you have about care for yourself or your loved one, and give you a clear picture of how our live-in or hourly visiting care can help you with what you need.
Once your care with Christies Care starts, your Local Area Manager will visit you regularly to make sure your care plan is perfectly tailored to you, updated whenever necessary, and most importantly, that you are happy with the care you receive from us.
