Care Team

Ensuring our clients get the care they need

Providing seamless support to each care package from carer to client.

Our care management team makes sure that our clients get the care (and carers) they want and need; that our carers are well looked-after and are doing their work well.

From helping with routine enquiries to dealing with emergencies, the team has been trained to be efficient and effective, making sure that above all our clients are able to live as independently and as happily as possible.

Using our main value of “do as you would be done by” our team organise and manage the carers, making sure that our clients’ personal goals are met; that they are happy at home and that families know and understand what we are doing to help.

Led by James and Ebony, the team set up regular teams of carers; making sure that our clients have people they know and like looking after them, booked far into the future to give predictability and certainty.

I have been with Christies Care since 2018, during that time I have had the opportunity to work across various teams, and work closely with our senior management team. Providing support and guidance to our clients, carers and internal teams is something I am passionate about.

I’ve worked with Christies Care since 2020. I really enjoy it, there’s an amazing office team and I love speaking with the clients and carers, sometimes just for a chat!

I live with my partner and our pug, who is a spoiled prince!

I joined Christies Care in November 2021, having worked in community, nursing and residential care for the previous 12 years within the Suffolk area. My role is to support our clients so they maintain independent living within their homes. I also provide support to our carers so they can give this type of support. I enjoy working at Christies Care, with caring and encouraging colleagues. I learn something new every day.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy going for long walks, taking photos and spending time with my family and friends.

I have been with Christies Care since 2016 after changing counties and careers. It’s a world away from what I was used to, but I wouldn’t change a thing. I enjoy that every day is different at Christies, and meeting characters, both in and out of the office.

In my spare time, I am chasing after my 3-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl, who both like telling people I work for ‘Rice Krispies Care’!

I started with Christies Care in 2004 and have been fortunate to have been able to work across all of the teams in the Care Management Department.

I love the diversity of our work and how everything we do is aimed at continually improving our service and supporting everyone that needs us. I love being able to help and support people in whatever way I can

In my own time, I have a hectic and active family life and we are very blessed to have three wonderful children.

I have been with Christies Care for three years and enjoy my role, particularly the diversity as each day is different and varied.

Whilst not in the office I am a mother to my 7-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter and you will find us mostly at the beach.

I joined Christies Care over 10 years ago, after having both live-in care and hourly care for my parents. I saw first hand the benefits of care and wanted to give back when I was able.  Working within the New Client team, I assist with setting up new care packages, answering queries and questions. I very much enjoy my role which I find extremely rewarding assisting  people to remain in their own homes to live as safely and as independently as they can.
